Qori Temple specialises in the creation, production, and sale of digital products, courses, multimedia content, guided meditations, and educational materials pertaining to wellness, personal growth, holistic development, and conscious living. Additionally, Qori Temple offers consulting, coaching, and energy work services, delivered both online and, where applicable, in person, in the domains of personal development, awareness, and harmonious living. Retreats may be organised periodically and shall be subject to supplementary booking terms communicated at the time of registration.
The website features a homepage, a blog, a contact form, programme descriptions and booking pages, and a secure client portal through which enrolled Users may access purchased digital content and participate in community features.
4. MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMERS
4.1 No Medical or Therapeutic Advice. Qori Temple is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or registered healthcare provider. 6. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES AND RESULTS
6.1 No Promise of Outcomes. Qori Temple does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding specific results that you may or may not achieve through the use of its products or services. Outcomes depend entirely upon your individual effort, commitment, personal circumstances, and numerous factors beyond Qori Temple's control.
6.2 Testimonials. Where testimonials or success stories are displayed on the website, they reflect the individual experiences of the persons concerned and are not to be interpreted as promises or guarantees of comparable outcomes for any other User. Individual results will differ, and no particular outcome is assured.
7. PURCHASE TERMS AND PAYMENT
7.1 Digital Products. All products offered through the website are delivered in digital format via electronic means. Upon completion of payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital content in accordance with the applicable product description.
7.2 Obligation to Pay. You agree to remit the full purchase price as displayed on the website at the time of your order prior to obtaining access to any digital product or service. Prices are denominated in Swiss francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), as indicated on the website at the time of the order. The currency applicable to each transaction shall be that displayed on the payment page, invoice, or booking confirmation at the time of purchase or, in the case of invoiced services, at the time the invoice is issued by Qori Temple. Where a service is invoiced separately, the currency and total amount stated on the invoice shall constitute the binding payment terms for that specific transaction.
7.3 Price Modifications. Qori Temple reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time without advance notice. Any price change will not affect transactions already completed at the time such change takes effect.
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 Digital Products: No Refund. Given the intangible nature of digital products and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products, courses, meditations, and downloadable or streamable content are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you waive any applicable right of withdrawal with respect to digital content whose performance has begun with your prior express consent, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, as amended and as transposed into the national legislation of the consumer's member state of residence. Prior to completion of the purchase, the website shall require you to expressly confirm, by means of an unambiguous action (such as the selection of a dedicated tick box), that you consent to the immediate performance of the digital content and that you acknowledge the consequent loss of your right of withdrawal. You further acknowledge that, once access to the digital content has been granted and such express consent has been provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
It is noted that, under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period for online purchases, as confirmed by the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). The no-refund policy set forth herein is therefore consistent with the applicable Swiss legal framework.
8.2 Live Sessions and One-to-One Services. For individually scheduled live sessions or one-to-one consultations, a full refund shall be granted if cancellation is communicated in writing to info@qoritemple.com no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after this deadline, or failure to attend without prior notice, shall not entitle the Client to any refund.
8.3 Retreats. Refund and cancellation conditions for retreats shall be set out in a separate policy specific to each retreat, which will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking. Such retreat-specific terms shall prevail over this general no-refund provision solely with respect to the retreat in question.
8.4 Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment. Prior to completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable product or service description, have had the opportunity to direct any questions to info@qoritemple.com, and understand the terms of this refund policy.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT POLICY
9.1 Ownership. All content made available through the website or delivered as part of any product or service, including, without limitation, courses, programme materials, meditations, audio and video recordings, written content, images, graphics, logos, and any other digital assets, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Qori Temple. Such content is protected under Swiss federal legislation, including the Federal Act on Copyright and Related Rights (CopA), as well as under applicable international intellectual property treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
9.2 Limited Licence. Upon purchase, Qori Temple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and individual development. No ownership interest in the content is transferred to you.
9.3 Prohibited Conduct. You shall not, under any circumstances, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display publicly, sell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise make available any proprietary content to any third party, whether in whole or in part. Creating derivative works from, reverse engineering, or repurposing any content for commercial or educational redistribution is expressly prohibited. Sharing login credentials or granting access to purchased materials to individuals who have not separately purchased the applicable product is likewise prohibited.
9.4 Enforcement. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of Qori Temple's proprietary content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Qori Temple reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, in the competent courts.
9.5 Trademarks. The name "Qori Temple," together with all associated logos, marks, and branding elements, are proprietary to Qori Temple. Use of these marks without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
You agree to use the website and all associated services exclusively for lawful purposes. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website, its underlying systems, or another User's account are strictly prohibited. You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity conducted through your account.
11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Qori Temple processes personal data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), as revised and in force since 1 September 2023, together with its implementing ordinances (OPDo). Where the processing of personal data of individuals located within the European Economic Area is concerned, Qori Temple also observes the applicable principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by a separate Privacy Policy, accessible on the website. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy. No third-party tracking tools, including analytics pixels or similar technologies, are currently deployed on the website.

13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND TESTIMONIALS
Should you submit any content, review, testimonial, comment, or image through the website, its community features, or associated social media channels ("User Content"), you grant Qori Temple a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content for promotional and marketing purposes. You may request the removal of your User Content at any time by writing to info@qoritemple.com; however, Qori Temple retains the licence for any User Content already incorporated into published materials at the time of such request. All User Content must comply with applicable laws and must not be defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information shared by a Client during private, one-to-one sessions shall be treated as confidential by Qori Temple, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or where the Client provides express written consent. In the context of recorded group sessions or events, you acknowledge that recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants of the same event for a limited period not exceeding twelve (12) months. You, in turn, agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary teachings, methodologies, and materials provided by Qori Temple and shall not disclose, distribute, or publish any such materials without prior written permission.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
15.1 "As-Is" Provision. All products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15.2 Exclusion of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, and in particular under Articles 97 et seq. and Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Qori Temple shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website, products, or services, or arising from any decisions or actions taken in reliance upon information provided.
15.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Qori Temple to any Client exceed the amount actually paid by that Client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qori Temple and its owner from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the website or services, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or any content you submit or publish.
17. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Qori Temple reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, your account, or any service at any time, with or without cause, including in cases of suspected breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased digital content ceases immediately, and no refund shall be owed. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including without limitation the clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall continue in full force and effect.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
18.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
18.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lugano, Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
18.3 Informal Resolution. Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, both parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct, informal negotiation for a period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
18.4 Consumer Dispute Resolution. For the information of EU-based consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, previously operated under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, was permanently discontinued as of 20 July 2025 following the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Consumers located in the European Union may consult their respective national alternative dispute resolution bodies for information on out-of-court dispute resolution options. It is noted that Directive (EU) 2025/2647, which updates the Union framework for consumer alternative dispute resolution, entered into force on 19 January 2026, with a transposition deadline for member states of September 2028; national implementing measures may accordingly modify the procedures and bodies available in individual member states. 18.5 Force Majeure. Qori Temple shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental or regulatory actions, travel restrictions, states of emergency, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, strikes, disruptions to telecommunications or power infrastructure, failures of third-party IT systems, or any other event of a similar nature (collectively, a "Force Majeure Event"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and Qori Temple shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate its effects and resume performance as soon as circumstances permit. Where a Force Majeure Event prevents the delivery of a retreat or live session already booked, the applicable refund or rescheduling arrangements shall be communicated promptly to the affected Client.
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
19.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy published on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qori Temple regarding the use of the website and services, and supersede all prior understandings, whether written or oral.
19.2 Severability. Should any provision of these Terms be declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable.
19.3 No Waiver. Failure by Qori Temple to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent instance.
19.4 Assignment. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, or any right or obligation hereunder, without the prior written consent of Qori Temple. Qori Temple may assign these Terms freely and without restriction.
19.5 Language. These Terms are provided in both English and Italian. Both versions are equally authentic. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict of interpretation between the two versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
19.6 Electronic Communications. You consent to receiving communications from Qori Temple by electronic means, including contractual notices, service-related announcements, updates to these Terms, and administrative communications, sent to the email address provided at the time of account creation or purchase. Such electronic communications shall be deemed validly received at the time they are dispatched by Qori Temple, unless the email system returns a delivery failure notification. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for promptly notifying any changes to info@qoritemple.com. 
20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using the Qori Temple website, purchasing any product, or engaging with any service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, that you agree to be legally bound by them, that you understand all sales of digital products are final, that you acknowledge Qori Temple does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and that you accept the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein.
